What this site collects, why, how long we keep it, and how to have it deleted.

- Who we are
- Indiego, an independent game studio in Tbilisi, Georgia, decides how the data on this site is used. Write to info@indiegogames.com about anything on this page.
- What we collect
- Only what you type into a form. News sign-up: your email address, which games you chose, and when you agreed. Demo key request: your name or channel, platform, channel link, audience size and the email your channel lists. Fleet entry: your game, studio, Steam link, contact email, the screenshot and logo you upload, and your answers. The site sets no cookies, shows no ads and has no visitor tracking. Our host keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security.
- Why, and on what basis
- News emails: because you agreed, by ticking the box. Key requests and Fleet entries: because you asked us to do something, and we need these details to do it. We never use your details for anything else, and we never sell them.
- Who handles it for us
- Netlify hosts this site and receives the forms. Google Workspace runs our email. Both act only on our instructions under their data processing terms. Your data may be stored outside your country, including in the United States.
- How long we keep it
- News sign-ups: until you unsubscribe. Key requests: up to 12 months. Fleet entries: until the end of 2026, then we delete them, except your game's public listing if you ask us to keep it.
- Your rights
- You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Every news email has an unsubscribe link, or write to us and we act within 30 days. You can also complain to your data protection authority. In Georgia, that is the Personal Data Protection Service.
- Age
- The news sign-up is for people aged 16 and over.
- Changes
- If this page changes in a way that matters, we say so here with a new date. Links to Steam and other sites follow those sites' own privacy rules.
